Team Building Program

WNPOC has conducted 5 sessions of Team Building Program attended by 225 of WNPOC employees distributed into five sessions. The objectives of the program were:

•  To enhance the level of communication among WNPOC team; 
  
•  To improve the collaborative relationship & camaraderie among WNPOC staff;
  
• To enhance the level of ownership and commitment towards WNPOC business goals & objectives;
  
• To develop specific team action plans for WNPOC team

The program was positively accepted by the participants and they gave a feedback as" very impressive and interesting". Most of the participants recommended conducting frequent sessions in future.
